TheTixFix is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of Live Event Credit allowing consumers to save on sports, concerts, theatre, events, and much more. They provide fans (like you!) with access to a huge selection of quality event tickets, even when they are sold out elsewhere.

Am I allowed to resell my Live Event Credit prize code?

No, you may not sell or give away your Live Event Credit. This offer is not transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash. 

 
When is the last day I can redeem my Live Event Credit prize code? 
Your Live Event Credit prize code will expire at 11:59 PM ET on 12/31/2025. 

What if the cost of the live event is more than the value of my Live Event Credit prize code?

A valid credit card or PayPal account is required to pay the difference remaining once the credit amount ($50) has been deducted from the cost of the tickets.

How many times can I redeem my Live Event Credit prize code?

You may only redeem your Live Event Credit prize code once during the Promotional Period. The full value of the credit amount ($50) will be applied in one transaction.
